| 3 | cups | grated zucchini |
| 1 | cup | bisquick |
| 1/4 | cup | grated onion |
| 1/2 | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| 2 | tbsp | chopped parsley |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | oregano |
| 1 | clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/2 | cup | oil |
| 4 | eggs, slightly beaten | |
| Directions
Mix all together. Put in buttered 10" pie pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |

When I make this recipe rather than mince the garlic I press it. It mixes in better that way. I also add a little pepper or garlic pepper.
