I have a database of genealogy data for Mahoneys, Fobeses, Schweitzers, McCanns and other relatives. Some of that information is available on this web site. I have, for the most part, not displayed any information about living relatives. If you are related to our family and want to get your information captured in my database please fill out the Family Records Form and return it to me.

It is next to impossible to keep up with new family members and marriages. It takes the cooperation of everyone to keep the database current. I can assist family members with information on their ancestry, but a condition of that is the entry of your data into my database, so fill out the form and send it in.

You will see that the form has fields for the entry of a lot of information. If you don't know when the event took place just leave it blank. If you have some idea of when but aren't sure put in an approximate year as "About 1858" or whatever is appropriate. Place information should include city, county and state or country if outside the U.S. For example, "Meadville, Crawford Co., Pa." or "Kilrush, County Clare, Ireland". If you need additional pages just print another copy and fill in the husband and wife and indicate page "n of n" in the appropriate area.

You can use this form to record the information on in-laws and other ancestors by creating a new Family Record sheet form which shows the parent of one of your ancestors as a child on his or her parent's Family Record sheet.
