Notes for Thomas Flanagan

Thomas Flanagan is buried in St. Peter's Cemetery, Conneautville, Pa. with his wife, Jane, and three of their children, Marcus, Katherine and Margaret. He is a brother to Margaret Flanagan and emigrated to the U.S. prior to 1850 since he is listed in the Conneautville census in that year. A deed was recorded at the Crawford County Courthouse in 1854 documenting his purchase of his farm in Beaver Township. John Mahoney came to the U.S. in 1851 and bought the farm next to his Uncle in 1857.
